Soon to be a legend, indulge in our deluxe, soothing and smoothing hand and feet ritual, personalized with the wisdom of Elemental Nature. We begin with Tourmaline Charged™ Radiant Skin Refiner followed by Tourmaline Charged™ Radiance Masque, which infuses visible life and radiance into the skin, giving it a glow. The pedicure also begins with an intensive buffing using a diamond-sided, flexible, fiberglass callous fighter. Feet are softened in steamed, whole milk and nourishing Beautifying Composition. BARE NECESSITIES – WAXING SERVICES

Aveda™ Plant Wax: a treatment that nurtures as it smoothes. What a freeing experience – smooth, hairless skin achieved the holistic way with pure plant technology and natural waxes honoring the Aveda™ Mission. Two smoothing blends of Egyptian waxes infused with organic jojoba oil and tea tree oil were developed for their skin-friendly properties. Using two different types of wax allows us to customize for the area of hair removal. They are less irritating to the skin because they do not aggressively adhere to the skin, and due to low heat, there is no heat irritation. Your waxing experience always culminates with comforting skin care and pressure point touch therapy.

Important Note: Be sure to let us know if you are using doctor-prescribed skin care products or taking any medication(s), so we can check for contraindications. Waxing is typically not recommended for current users, or users within the last 7 days, of the following: Retin-A, Renova, Tazorac, Avage, Kinerase, Differin, Hydrogen Peroxide, or Keratolytic medications that increase skin exfoliation. Also, treatment is not suitable for sunburned skin, chemically- or mechanically- peeled skin or skin exfoliated for prolonged periods with Alpha or Beta-Hydroxy Acids. [Please note that an appointment for a Yuko System Patented REPAIR Hair Straightening & Restoring (Thermal Reconditioning) must be booked in person so that a hair consultation may be performed by one of our hair restructuring experts prior to scheduling the appointment.]

Spa. In order to preserve everyone's schedule, all spa services begin and end at the appointed time. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service. If you arrive late, you deprive yourself of sacred moments in the spa. Please alert us if you are running late. As a courtesy to our guests, please make sure your cell phone is turned off while visiting the spa.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Spa. For all spa services, we ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation. We require at least 48-hours notice (72 hours for groups of three or more) to cancel or reschedule any spa appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment in less than 48 hours (72 hours for groups of three or more), a charge for the full appointment service fee will be billed to your credit card.

Salon. For all salon services, we ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any salon appointment [except for Yuko System Patented REPAIR Hair Straightening & Restoring (Thermal Reconditioning) discussed below]. If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment with less than 24-hours notice (except for Thermal Reconditioning Treatments discussed below), 50% of the full service fee will be charged to your credit card. Thermal Reconditioning Treatments must be prepaid at the time we schedule your appointment. Prepayment amounts are non-refundable. We require at least 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for this service. If you give us at least 48-hours notice, we will be happy to either reschedule the appointment or you may cancel it and use the prepayment amount as a SalonSpa credit. Unfortunately, if you do not give us at least 48-hours notice, your appointment cannot be rescheduled and you cannot cancel the appointment and use the prepayment amount as a SalonSpa credit.

To help you get the most out of your time at the spa, be sure to communicate any challenges, concerns, special needs or questions to your spa therapist so that he/she can assure your spa experience is a positive one. You will be provided with slippers and a comfortable robe to wear between spa treatments. During your spa treatment, you will be draped to protect your privacy. For maximum enjoyment, benefit and result, surrender to the spa experience. You are not obligated to make conversation. During your visit to the spa, you will be given a place to store your belongings; however, we recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
