Richard Joseph—our SalonSpa Café. It’s the
area where our guests congregate, mingle, and dine on brilliantly
cooked cuisine. Culinary Expert April Mashburn always ensures
that the succulence and presentation of the café dishes
are comparable to works of art. Our menu changes daily based on
the availability of the freshest, most organic produce; however,
every day begins with fresh fruit and pastries served until 11:00
a.m. when lunch begins. Lunch continues until 3:00 p.m. Beginning
at 3:00 p.m., we offer a variety of scrumptious hors d’oeuvres,
decadent desserts, snacks and beverages. Did we mention it’s
